Bengü İl hesabınızın ve hesabınıza bağlı kişisel verilerin silinmesini istediğinizde bu sayfadaki adımları izleyin. Silme talebi için bir ücret ya da zorunlu bir koşul yoktur.
Silme talebi nasıl yapılır
- E-posta gönderin: destek@benguil.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta yazın.
- Hesabınızı belirtin:
- E-posta ile açtığınız hesap için talebi hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gönderin; bu, kimliğinizi doğrulamaya yeter.
- Misafir (cihaz) hesabı için e-postada oyun içi oyuncu adınızı, krallık adınızı ve profilinizde görünen başkent koordinatınızı yazın. Hesabın size ait olduğundan emin olmak için ek bir doğrulama bilgisi (örneğin hesabınızın kuruluş tarihi ya da son yaptığınız eylem) isteyebiliriz.
- Onay: talebinizi aldığımızı ve doğrulamayı yaptığımızı bildiririz. Silme işlemini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve size e-postayla haber veririz.
Silme geri alınamaz. Hesap silindikten sonra şehirleriniz, kaynaklarınız, ordunuz, Elmas bakiyeniz ve birlik üyeliğiniz geri getirilemez. Şu an hesap silme yalnız bu e-posta yolu ile yapılır.
Silinen veriler
- Hesap kaydı (hesap kimliği, dil, durum, görünen ad) ve tüm giriş kimlikleri (cihaz kimliği ve sırrı, e-posta adresi ve şifre özeti, bağlı Apple ya da Google kimliği varsa o da),
- Tüm oturum ve yenileme belirteçleri, bekleyen doğrulama ve şifre sıfırlama kodları,
- Oyuncu profili: oyuncu adı, medeniyet, şehirler, binalar, işçi atamaları, birlikler, kaynaklar, Elmas bakiyesi, puanlar, seferler, Pazar ilanları,
- Aldığınız ve gönderdiğiniz postalar, aldığınız savaş ve casusluk raporları, engelleme listeniz,
- Gönderdiğiniz sohbet mesajları (silme talebinden sonra ayrıca kısa sürede kaldırılır).

Account and Data Deletion

Follow the steps on this page to ask us to delete your Bengü İl account and the personal data linked to it. There is no fee and no extra condition.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to destek@benguil.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
- Identify your account:
- For an email account, send the request from the email address registered to the account; that is enough to verify you.
- For a guest (device) account, state in the email your in-game player name, your kingdom name and the capital coordinates shown on your profile. We may ask for one more piece of verification (for example the account creation date or your last action) to make sure the account is yours.
- Confirmation: we confirm that we received your request and verified it. We complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest and tell you by email.
Deletion is permanent. After the account is deleted, your cities, resources, army, Elmas balance and alliance membership cannot be restored. At the moment, deletion is requested only through this email route.
Data that is deleted
- The account record (account ID, language, status, display name) and every sign-in identity (device ID and secret, email address and password hash, and a linked Apple or Google identity if any),
- All session and refresh tokens, and pending verification and password-reset codes,
- The player profile: player name, civilization, cities, buildings, worker assignments, troops, resources, Elmas balance, scores, marches, market listings,
- Mail you received and sent, battle and espionage reports you received, your block list,
- Chat messages you sent (these are additionally removed shortly after the request).
Data that is kept or anonymised
